School Games Mark
We are delighted to announce that we have maintained our School Games Mark Award GOLD for the 2025/26 academic year.
The School Games Mark is a Government-led award scheme that rewards schools for their commitment to the development of competition across their school and into the community. We are delighted to have been recognised for our success again this year.
Our sporting achievements this year include:
- South London Special League Football Tournaments (Years 7-14) throughout the school year
- Cross country competition (against mainstream Bromley schools)
- Panathlon Bowling (placing 5th)
- Fencing competition - (placing 1st in two groups)
- West Kent Athletics - a team of 14 competing against mainstream Bromley schools
- Kent Schools Championships - two pupils (year 7 & 9) qualified, following West Kent Athletics
- London Youth Games Paragames Swimming - Bromley Boys GOLD, Bromley Girls GOLD
- London Youth Games Paragames Basketball - Bromley Boys SILVER, Bromley Girls SILVER
- London Youth Games Paragames Football - Bromley Boys placing in the quarter final, Girls Team showed fantastic effort
- London Youth Games Paragames Athletics - Bromley Girls BRONZE, Bromley Boys 5th
With a total of 146 young people competing in local inter-school competitions this year, we are extremely proud of our pupils for their dedication to all aspects of school sport, including those young volunteers, leaders and officials who made our competitions possible.
A special thanks to everyone in the PE department, staff who run extra-curricular clubs, TAs that support sporting events and the office staff who help communication between staff, pupils and parents run smoothly.
