Fencing Tournament

Yet another sporting achievement this term, this time for our fabulous fencers!

Our fencing team took part in a recent inter-school tournament - they showed incredible determination and skill as they competed against three other schools in a thrilling show. Every student gave their all, with Ava C putting in a particularly strong performance to reach her group final. She finished as a proud runner-up, only narrowly missing out on the top spot to a very tall and speedy opponent.

Students were also treated to an exciting exhibition match from two GBR fencers, who later presented medals and trophies to the competitors. All our students represented Glebe with pride and sportsmanship throughout the event. A huge well done to everyone involved!
