Working in Partnership with Parents
At Glebe, we are committed to working closely with parents, carers, and our local community to support children’s learning and wellbeing. Research shows that when parents are engaged, children’s achievement, behaviour, and attendance improve.
What is the LPPA Award?
As you will know from our newsletters and emails, The Leading Parent Partnership Award (LPPA) recognises schools that build strong, effective partnerships with parents and carers. It helps schools identify areas for improvement and ensures that parents feel welcomed, informed, and involved in their children’s learning.
The Award is a key tool for school self-evaluation, complements the standards required by Ofsted, Investors in People and other national awards as well as providing ongoing evidence relevant to the school Self Evaluation Form (SEF).
