Glebe School Offsite Adventurous Activity Programme
There are trips organised for every year group in the school ranging from the year 7 Induction Days to Downe Activity Centre to climbing mount Snowdon in year 11. All pupils are encouraged to participate in every trip. In Key Stage 4 the trips play a significant part in GCSE Geography and NCFE Certificate in Sport Award. The general aims for every trip are to develop teamwork, cooperation, a tolerance of others, social skills, independence, an awareness of the environment and to raise self esteem. We aim to provide students with the opportunity to discover new places, both locally and further afield over the course of their time at Glebe. Please refer to the calendar of events for specific details of when the trips are taking place.
